We are two sisters who have a passion for guiding tiny humans and helping big humans. Alli Cost is a pediatric occupational therapist with 15+ years working in early intervention, outpatient, and program development. She founded Little Zanies and her expertise informs every facet of the company. Crystal is a mama with 10+ years of professional nannying experience. She helps guide our customer service and marketing. “Tyguy” is our residential toddler expert, providing us with his perspective and child-proof testing of all things.
